Winter Instructional Program - Grades K, 1 & 2
Instructional is our foundational program which provides a recreational basketball opportunity to any and all kids - regardless of experience or talent level. This is the level for all kids to learn the game, hone their skills, learn about competition and sportsmanship and, most importantly have fun! ALL kids will get an opportunity to learn about the game. Kids are encouraged to play all positions and develop all-around basketball skills. Our goal is to improve every child's understanding and love of the game while they get great exercise.
Divisions:
- Boys - Kindergarten (Instructional)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
- Tuesdays (5-5:30pm)
- Saturdays (9:30-10am)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
- Boys - Grades 1 & 2 (Instructional)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
- Tuesdays (At either 5:30-6:30pm or 6:30-7:30pm)
- Saturdays (At either 10-11am or 11am-12pm)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
- Girls - Kindergarten (Instructional)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
- Wednesdays (5-5:30pm)
- Saturdays (9-9:30am)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
- Girls - Grades 1 & 2 (Instructional)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
- Wednesdays (At either 5:30-6:30pm or 6:30-7:30pm)
- Saturdays (At either 12-1pm or 1-2pm)
- Practices - Two days a week between January 3rd to March 11th.
Instructional Program Information:
- This is an instructional program
- Repeated & detailed training on core fundamentals of basketball: Ball Handling, Shooting, Rebounding, Defense
- We will work towards getting the players into small sided games and scrimmaging as the season progresses.
- Recreation leaders will provide the instruction for this program.

Cost:
- Cost $75 per player for player in Kindergarten
- Players receive reversible jersey & personal basketball
- Cost $100 per player for grades 1 and 2
- Players receive reversible jersey & personal basketball
